On May 21, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with H.E. Thomas Aquinas Muliatna Djiwandono, Vice Minister of Finance and H.E. Todotua Pasaribu, Vice Minister of Investment and Downstream Industry of Indonesia at the Bank’s Head Office, exchanging views on Chinese economic developments, bilateral economic and trade cooperation, supporting the real economy, and other issues of mutual interest. They also discussed potential collaboration, focusing on areas including promoting RMB internationalization, accessing China’s capital market, and bond issuance and underwriting.
