Application qualifications
1. All users of the China Telecom CDMA network can apply for this service;
2. The UIM card in the mobile phone needs to be replaced by a special UIM card that supports RFID, and the mobile phone has to be replaced by a special mobile phone that supports RFID if needed. For information on mobile phone models that support RFID, please consult local China Telecom branches. If the potential customers' mobile phones are not included in the list, they need to buy RFID-supporting mobile phones at their own expense or participate in China Telecom promotions to change their mobile phones, before applying for this service.
Customers can apply for the E-surfing Great Wall Card by filling out the application form and providing required identity and other documents at a China Telecom outlet.

E-surfing Great Wall Card has been issued in Ningbo. Customers can apply for this card at a local outlet of Bank of China or an office of China Telecom. Existing CDMA users of China Telecom can use E-surfing Great Wall Cards without changing their phone numbers. Customers can also buy a new CDMA mobile phone and apply for the card.
