Bank Enquiry Letter is the written enquiry document which the accounting (or auditing) firms present to Bank of China in the name of the audited company when they carry out the audit, in order to verify whether this company's bank deposit and debt, investor's (shareholder's) contribution of capital and warranty, commitment, L/C, letter of guarantee are real, legal and integral.

Process
1. The entrusted firms or entity customers submit the bank enquiry letter to the opening bank.
2. The Confirmation Letter will be delivered in the manner that customer requires.
Kind Reminder
The Enquiry Letter shall be filled in by entity customers, and affixed with customers' specimen stamps.
